Nenad Klickovic is a Senior Market Research Associate in the Research Group of Ariel Property Advisors. In this role, he is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, organizing market data, and tracking citywide comparable sales with a particular focus on the Manhattan area.
Mr. Klickovic began his career at the company as a Contact Research Associate, updating the contact information for New York’s most active buyers and property owners, as well as maintaining the company’s database. After a period of time, he was transferred to the position of Market Research Associate and later earned a promotion to Senior Associate in 2019. Along his journey, he also served as an Analyst where he was responsible for providing sales and research support for the company’s investment sales and capital services professionals.
