Rhea Vivek is an Associate in the Capital Services Group of Ariel Property Advisors. She is responsible for assisting with the company’s debt and equity placement for a variety of property types including multifamily, commercial, mixed-use and development assets.
Ms. Vivek has extensive experience with financial and operational analysis in the real estate and infrastructure sectors, allowing her to help the Capital Services team members with data-driven analytics to drive informed capital decisions. Additionally, she provides sales and financial research support for the company’s Investment Sales professionals.
Prior to joining Ariel Property Advisors, she was a Projects Control Analyst for AECOM, analyzing and overseeing the financial health of 250 projects across a $300 million portfolio. Additionally, she interned as a Project Manager with Space Matrix Architects in Bangalore, India, where she helped to deliver high-end residential projects.
Ms. Vivek earned her MS in Real Estate Development from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate and her Bachelor of Architecture from the Ramaiah Institute of Technology. She is an art and design enthusiast in her spare time.
