John N. Fenrich III is a Capital Services Professional at Ariel Property Advisors. In this role, he is responsible for debt and equity placement for all asset classes.
Mr. Fenrich has completed over 2,700 real estate transactions during his more than 25-year career in the mortgage industry, both in banking and brokering. Prior to joining Ariel, he served as a Senior Mortgage Banker at Nationwide Mortgage Bankers.
Born in Washington DC, Mr. Fenrich spent most of his childhood in Northern Virginia. He earned a bachelor’s degree from James Madison University.
Mr. Fenrich lives with his wife and twins, a boy and a girl, in Long Beach, NY. In his free time, he enjoys trips to the beach and activities with his children. He also is very active in his community and hosts a fundraiser every year to benefit a local soup kitchen.
