Shimon Shkury is the founder and President of Ariel Property Advisors, a New York City investment property sales firm with an expertise in the multifamily asset class and development sites. In this role, he oversees all investment sales and research operations for the company. Since 2002, Mr. Shkury has advised private clients, institutions, operators, equity providers and lenders on pricing, positioning and selling assets throughout New York City.

Michael Stoler is the President of New York Real Estate TV, LLC a management consulting firm and Managing Director at Madison Realty Capital, a private equity firm. Mr. Stoler is the host and executive producer of “The Stoler Report-New York’s Business Report”, now in its fifteen season. He is also the host of “Building New York-New York Life Stories”, which is in its eleventh season. He previously served as a senior principal at Apollo Real Estate Advisors (AREA Property Partners).

Mr. Cohen-Hoshen’s expertise and success encompasses the full range of real estate development initiatives – from acquisition, permitting and planning, to project financing, construction management, marketing, and asset management. He has been involved in New York real estate investments for several years and has actively sourced and managed residential developments in Manhattan and Brooklyn since 2011. Previously, he served as founder and CEO of Adama Holding Public LTD, a real estate development and investment company in Central and Eastern Europe.

Since June 2011, RWN has acquired nearly $700mm of real estate with nearly $300mm of total invested equity. From 2009 to 2011, Mr. Shalam was the President of Enterprise Asset Management, Inc. a real estate centric multi-family office and from 2003 to 2009, he was a Senior Partner and Director of Acquisitions of Taconic Investment Partners, a fully integrated real estate investment and development company. Previously, Mr. Shalam was the Director of Acquisitions for the Kaufman Organization.

Matthew M. Baron is the President of Simon Baron Development. Since 2005, Simon Baron has grown from one employee and a few hundred million of assets to over $1.5 billion of assets and 17 professionals. Simon Baron focuses on acquiring and developing assets in multifamily, office, and hotel. The firm is currently active in both NYC and Los Angeles. Mr. Baron sits on the Board of Directors of the Long Island City BID. Mr. Baron holds a BS in Finance from NYU Stern and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Jacob Sacks,

Mr. Sacks and co-founder Mr. Wiseman started CCM with their first small multi-family rental building purchase in Bushwick Brooklyn, NY in 2004. After a series of acquisitions and small developments, they began full-time operations in 2007 and have grown into a firm with over $800 million of real estate in Brooklyn and Queens. Before starting CCM Mr. Sacks was a Vice President of U.S. Realty Advisors, LLC, a private real estate investment firm with $3 billion of real estate under management. Prior to joining USRA, Mr. Sacks worked as an investment banker at ING Barings. Mr. Sacks earned a B.A. in Economics and a Master of Engineering from Cornell University.
