Drew Chartash is an Analyst in the Investment Research Division of Ariel Property Advisors. In this role, he is responsible for providing sales and research support for the company’s investment sales and capital services professionals.
Prior to joining Ariel Property Advisors, Mr. Chartash held positions in analytical and business development capacities, with some entailing the evaluation of properties, including multifamily, commercial, mixed-use and development assets. Most recently he worked at Triangle Capital Group, a real estate investment firm actively involved in the acquisition and management of commercial assets throughout the United States.
Academically, he attended Syracuse University, where he received a B.S. in Finance from the Whitman School of Management. In addition, Mr. Chartash graduated cum laude from New York University’s Schack Institute, achieving a M.S. in Real Estate, with a concentration in Finance and investment.
Mr. Chartash is involved in various charities and organizations, both with the company and in his personal life, including the UJA-Federation and provides volunteer work for Habitat for Humanity.
