Brian Bernier is a Capital Services Professional at Ariel Property Advisors where he is responsible for debt and equity placement for all asset classes.
Mr. Bernier joined Ariel Property Advisors after spending nearly 20 years in various finance and real estate industry positions. In 2013, he founded the Bernier Real Estate Group, a real estate investment banking firm that provided equity placement and capital services for real estate projects throughout Philadelphia and the Northeast. His firm successfully placed $500 million in LP equity across various commercial properties between 2019 to 2023.
Previously, he was Head of Business Development for ECBM Insurance Brokers and Consultants in Media, PA, and worked in Investor Relations for a private equity fund Hirtle, Callaghan & Co. in Conshohocken, PA.
Mr. Bernier holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Pennsylvania State University where he focused on econometrics and the mathematical systems of economics.
