Ariel Property Advisors, along with co-host Cozen O'Connor, held an exclusive commercial real estate trends conference and networking breakfast on November 13th. Entitled State of the Brooklyn Real Estate Market: What's Ahead?, this latest market presentation from Ariel examined how Brooklyn is rapidly evolving and explored the drivers, both current and upcoming, that are transforming the borough’s commercial real estate landscape.

Over 100 real estate professionals attended this live event held at the Brooklyn Public Library’s Center for Brooklyn History, which featured a panel of market specialists discussing the numerous issues impacting Brooklyn and what it will take for the borough to succeed in the near future and over the long-term.

Shimon Shkury, President and Founder of Ariel Property Advisors, kicked off the event, which was followed by the panel discussion moderated by Sean R. Kelly, Esq., a Partner, with Ariel and Kenneth K. Fisher, Esq., Member, with Cozen O’Connor.

The panel of Brooklyn market experts offering their insights included Alyssa Zahler, Managing Director of Commercial Leasing for Two Trees Management Co; Sergey Rybak, Principal and Founder of Rybak Development; Ian Ross, Managing Partner and Founder of SomeraRoad; and Leon Goldenberg, CEO of Goldmont Realty.
