Paul Monaco is an Analyst in the Research Group of Ariel Property Advisors. In this role, he is responsible for providing sales and research support to the company’s Investment Sales professionals, completing asset evaluations for multifamily, commercial, mixed-use, and development assets.
His position builds on his previous experience as an Investment Sales Professional at Ariel, responsible for executing the company’s exclusive listings and facilitating business development initiatives.
Mr. Monaco holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance Management from the Freeman College of Management at Bucknell University where he was involved in a number of activities including the Bison Finance Society, Real Estate Club, Sigma Chi Fraternity and Division II Rugby Team. While in college, he also gained work experience analyzing investment opportunities for a commercial real estate mortgage firm in New Jersey.
Mr. Monaco enjoys being physically active, playing various sports, working out at the gym and spending time at the beach.
