Sahil Modi is an Associate in the Capital Services Group of Ariel Property Advisors. He is responsible for assisting with the company’s debt and equity placement for a variety of property types, including multifamily, commercial, mixed-use and development assets.
Prior to joining Ariel, Mr. Modi was a Capital Markets Analyst at Hodges Ward Elliott, where he assisted in preparing due diligence materials and underwriting for debt placement in full and single-service hospitality assets across the nation. He also held internship roles at RXR Realty, Choice Properties and Townhouse Partners, where he gained valuable experience in real estate investment and analysis.
Mr. Modi earned his master’s degree in Real Estate from the Schack Institute of Real Estate at New York University and a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from Lehigh University. While at Lehigh, he studied abroad in London and served as the Community Service & Philanthropy Chair of Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity. He was also an active volunteer for Habitat for Humanity.
His interests include golf, travel and Formula 1.
