Steve Trow is a Capital Services Professional at Ariel Property Advisors where he is responsible for debt and equity placement for commercial properties, with a specific focus on assets in Queens.
Mr. Trow has spent his career in finance, most recently as COO of T Squared Capital Partners, a commercial loan consulting firm. His experience also includes executive lending positions at major commercial banks such as Valley National Bank, Alma Bank, People’s United Bank and Citizens Bank. During his career, he has originated over $1 billion in debt and managed a retail banking branch network with 100 locations throughout New York State.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Mercy University. A member of the Long Island City Partnership, Mr. Trow is an avid tennis player and horticulturist.
