This position will be responsible for building a book of business through telesales, individual meetings and partnering with Ariel Investment Sales brokers to close business. The role will focus on facilitating and assisting in the management of direct lead generation through the entire loan cycle. Specific training, goals setting, mentoring and ongoing support will be established to maximize growth leading to success.
