Connor Lyman is an Analyst in the Investment Research Division of Ariel Property Advisors. In this role he is responsible for providing sales and research support for the company’s investment sales and capital services professionals.
Mr. Lyman also analyzes data for the firm’s well-known market research and plays an active role in the firm’s widely-distributed Weekly Market Watch publication. Since joining the company, Mr. Lyman has assisted in gathering data that was cited in the Wall Street Journal, The New York Real Estate Journal, Brooklyn Eagle and other media outlets.
Prior to joining Ariel Property Advisors, Mr. Lyman was a Real Estate Investment Banking Analyst at a FINRA registered broker-dealer, where he analyzed and arranged JV private equity financing for institutional real estate investors.
Mr. Lyman is a graduate of Harvard University, where he received a Master’s in Finance by obtaining a near full scholarship. Mr. Lyman was also a visiting student at the NYU’s Stern School of Business.
Prior to NYU, he attended the University of Connecticut, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Finance and Urban Economics. Mr. Lyman is an active member of the Harvard Club of New York, and the HCNY Real Estate Investors Club. He is an avid golfer, enjoys travelling and culture, and participates in various philanthropic activities, including.
