Coffee & Cap Rates℠ is a semi-annual event by Ariel Property Advisors. It brings together real estate professionals to connect, network, and hear insights on the latest trends in the investment sales and capital services markets.
The event attracts more than 200 professionals, including international investors, institutions, affordable housing providers, family offices, small owners, and nonprofit organizations.
The $90 registration fee is fully donated to Legal Outreach, a nonprofit organization that helps urban youth from underserved NYC communities to achieve academic success.
The event takes place on the 20th floor of One Vanderbilt, at the TD Bank Conference Center, located at the intersection of East 42nd Street and Vanderbilt Avenue Plaza, directly across from Grand Central Terminal.
Please remember to bring your ID and present it when you check in with security on the ground floor.
One Vanderbilt is easily accessible via Metro-North and subway lines 4, 5, 6, 7, and the Shuttle.
