NEW YORK, NY – August 4, 2021 – Ariel Property Advisors is proud to once again join Legal Outreach in hosting its annual commercial real estate internship program, which ran from July 26-29 this year. Designed to provide an immersive and in-depth experience of the commercial real estate industry over four days, the program introduces students to a variety of topics that cover a range of industry practices. Dusan Racic, Investment Sales Analyst, coordinated this year’s event.
Participants had the opportunity to gain exposure to many facets of the commercial real estate industry specifically related to the New York City market, working with the company's Investment Sales, Capital Services and Investment Research departments. Sessions covered the variety of real estate assets, methods for evaluating properties and how the governmental regulatory system influences private and public policy in the market.
“The commercial real estate internship is a powerful way to expose students to opportunities in one of the city’s most impactful industries,” said Ivan Petrovic, Executive Vice President, Operations, Ariel Property Advisors. “The hands-on experience helps to turn the real estate industry from an abstract concept to something dynamic and applicable, and we’re proud to help show the city’s youth the opportunities that are out there for them.”

A significant part of this process is exposing them to powerful, driven, and motivational role models, and Legal Outreach is proud to work alongside Ariel Property Advisors in that respect.”
The Legal Outreach commercial real estate program is reflective of Ariel Property Advisors’ commitment to giving back to the community. Ariel Property Advisors is deeply dedicated to community outreach, donating time to causes such as the UJA Federation’s Volunteer Lunch and HELP USA. It also contributes annually to the Inner-City Scholarship Fund, a nonprofit that provides families in need with the financial means to give their children a K-12 Catholic education within the Archdiocese of New York.
