NEW YORK, NY – September 1, 2021 – Ariel Property Advisors has arranged the sale of 104-110 West 144th Street, an affordable multifamily building in Central Harlem, for $25.35 million. The sale was arranged by an Ariel team including Victor Sozio, Executive Vice President, Investment Sales, and Courtney Lee, Associate Director, Investment Sales.

The property, a four-building complex named the Johanna Apartments, spans 51,560 square feet and comprises 60 two-bedroom units subsidized under the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s project-based Section 8 program. Ariel also arranged the property’s previous sale for $18.75 million.
