NEW YORK, NY – September 13, 2023 – Ariel Property Advisors has been named the exclusive agent to sell seven prime properties throughout New York City for a combined total of over $65 million. The investments consist of an assortment of multifamily and mixed-use assets across Brooklyn, the Bronx and Manhattan that offer substantial tax benefits and upside for buyers.

The investment opportunities include the following:

      • 226 and 259 West 144th Street, Central Harlem: two multifamily elevator buildings with 110 residential units and one ground floor community facility space leased to a daycare center. Founding Partner Victor Sozio, President and Founder Shimon Shkury and Associate Gabriel Elyaszadeh are marketing the asset for $19 million.

      • 862 Dekalb Avenue, Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn: a newly constructed 24,885-square-foot, six-story, mixed-use elevator building with 28 residential apartments and three commercial units. The property was redeveloped in 2020 and is fully amenitized with two lounges, a gym and bike room. Founding Partner Victor Sozio, Director Dov Chein and Associate Julian Montilus are marketing the asset for $15.6 million.

      • 3160 Webster Avenue, Norwood, the Bronx: a newly constructed mixed-use affordable housing property with 59 residential units and one 10,000-square-foot commercial condominium.
