Nikola Cvetkovic is an Analyst in the Investment Sales Group of Ariel Property Advisors. In this role, he is responsible for providing sales and research support to the company’s Investment Sales professionals, completing asset evaluations for multifamily, commercial, mixed-use and development assets.
Prior to joining Ariel, Mr. Cvetkovic served as an Implementation Specialist at Amous TMS and as a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst at Valtari.
Mr. Cvetkovic holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Economics, Management, and Finance from Bocconi University in Milan. He earned a double-degree Master's in International Management/CEMS from the Vienna University of Business and Economics. As part of his academic journey, he participated in the CEMS Exchange Semester Program at the Nova School of Business and Economics in Lisbon, Portugal. He also completed a range of courses and projects with corporate partners throughout his studies, including a consulting project for Millennium BCP, the largest privately owned Portuguese bank.
During his leisure time, Mr. Cvetkovic enjoys learning languages, playing and watching basketball, and reading.
