Over 250 real estate professionals gathered at TD Bank’s Conference Center at One Vanderbilt for Ariel Property Advisors’ Coffee & Cap Rates event, ‘NYC Investment Sales: Strong Demand Amid Policy Uncertainty’ on February 5, 2026.
Shimon Shkury, President and Founder of Ariel Property Advisors, opened the program with an overview of New York City’s investment sales market, highlighting key insights from the firm’s newly released year-end 2025 research reports.
The event featured a panel of industry experts who provided unique insights into the multifamily and development sectors. The panel was moderated by Ralph Bumbaca, Regional President, Metro NY, TD Bank, and featured Joseph E. Fingerman, President, Commercial Real Estate, Peapack Private; Issac Hera, CEO, Yellowstone Real Estate Investments; Sam Alison-Mayne, Co-Founder, Tankhouse; and Gleb Lerman, Managing Director of Investments, Hudson Valley Property Group.
As with previous Coffee & Cap Rates, Ariel will donate all proceeds to Legal Outreach, a nonprofit that helps young people from underserved New York communities gain admission to the country’s most competitive colleges and universities.
Coffee & Cap Rates is a semi-annual program. The next event will take place in July 2026.
