NEW YORK, NY – March 4, 2024 – Ariel Property Advisors (Ariel) recently presented its internal recognition awards honoring its top producers, leaders and rising stars for their achievements throughout 2023. In addition, Ariel announced its latest internal promotions as the company continues to elevate its leading team of professionals.

Awards:
For his outstanding work throughout 2023, Ariel presented Jason M. Gold, Senior Director, Investment Sales, with the firm’s Top Producer Award and honored him at the Bronze Club level. This is the second year in a row Mr. Gold has achieved the Top Producer recognition.
Howard Raber, Esq., Director, Investment Sales, and Matt Dzbanek, Senior Director, Capital Services, also were honored at the Bronze Club level for their origination and business development efforts over the last year.
The Force Multiplier Award, a recognition given to those who have made significant contributions to enhance the effectiveness and impact within the Ariel organization, was presented to Gail M. Donovan, Senior Director Communications, and Dusan Racic, Senior Analyst in the Research Group.
Howard Raber, Esq. also received the Local Leadership Award for his generous support of local nonprofit organizations, including the Cohen Children’s Medical Center, as well as his promotion of real estate industry groups.
Nicole Daniggelis, Associate Director, Investment Sales, was presented with The Rising Star Award for her continued work originating and executing exclusive listings, as well as leading business development and networking throughout Brooklyn.
