NEW YORK, NY – February 7, 2024 – More than 200 New York City real estate professionals attended Ariel Property Advisors’ (Ariel) latest Coffee and Cap Rates event, “Finding Value in New York City Commercial Real Estate in 2024,” on February 7, 2024, at Club 101, 101 Park Avenue.

Shimon Shkury, President and Founder of Ariel Property Advisors kicked off the event with an overview of trends in the New York City investment sales market in 2023, as well as key findings from the firm’s recent year-end reports. Mr. Shkury then moderated a panel of industry experts—Margaret B. Grossman, Managing Partner & President, T30 Capital; Richard Roberts, Principal & Chief Business Development Officer, Red Stone Equity Partners; and Jesse Terry, Chief Investment Officer, HUBB NYC—who provided a unique take on the affordable, rent-stabilized and free market multifamily market, public policy and regulations, and the outlook for 2024.

As with previous Coffee & Cap Rates, Ariel will be donating all proceeds from the event to Legal Outreach, a nonprofit that helps young people from underserved New York communities gain admission to the country’s most competitive colleges and universities.

The Coffee & Cap Rates series is a semi-annual program, and the next event will take place in July 2024.
