Christoffer Brodhead is an Investment Sales Professional at Ariel Property Advisors. In this position, he is responsible for leading business development and networking initiatives in the Midtown West section of Manhattan.
A veteran investment sales professional with over two decades of experience, Mr. Brodhead has sold over 120 buildings valued at approximately $1 billion in Midtown West. His significant transactions in the area include the $36.5 million sale of an industrial property at 624-36 West 47th Street; $32.3 million sale of a mixed-use property at 885 10th Avenue; and the $22.5 million sale of a development site at 500 West 14th Street.
Prior to joining Ariel, Mr. Brodhead was a Partner and Managing Director at B6 Real Estate Advisors. He previously served as a Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield and at Massey Knakal Realty Services, which was acquired by Cushman & Wakefield. Throughout his career, he has been honored with a number of company awards for excellence and sales success.
A native New Yorker, Mr. Brodhead earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Brown University in Providence, RI, followed by a Master’s degree in Urban Planning and Development from the Institut Français d’Urbanisme in Paris, France.
