Daniel Mahfar is an Investment Sales Professional at Ariel Property Advisors, responsible for executing the company’s exclusive listings and facilitating business development initiatives in the Bronx. Mr. Mahfar evaluates and markets a variety of property types including multifamily, commercial, mixed-use and development assets.
Since joining Ariel, Mr. Mahfar has arranged the sale of over $500 million properties in the Bronx, and his contributions have helped Ariel become the dominant investment sales firm in the multifamily asset class in that borough.
His previous experience includes interning at the Moinian Group in the Real Estate Development Team during a time when the company was in the midst of a large skyscraper construction project on the Far West Side of New York. He was also an Assistant Project manager at Woodland Development, a developer of single-family luxury homes on Long Island.
Mr. Mahfar serves his community by taking an active role supporting several “real estate arms” of nonprofit organizations. Ariel honored him with the Local Leadership Award for the significant impact he has made on the company’s culture through his active participation in team building activities and various charity events benefiting nonprofit organizations.
He received his B.A. in Business Administration from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate. While attending, he was an active member of the Real Estate Club.
