David Khukhashvili is a Senior Associate in the Capital Services Division of Ariel Property Advisors, where he is responsible for executing debt and structured finance placements.
Mr. Khukhashvili returned to Ariel after completing his graduate studies and gaining significant experience in investment management as a Vice President at Community Preservation Corporation. In that position, he managed a diverse portfolio of real estate debt and equity investments and led strategic initiatives to identify value-creation opportunities.
During his previous role at Ariel as an Associate Director in the Investment Sales Division, Mr. Khukhashvili was responsible for executing transactions exceeding $170 million across various asset classes. He also authored periodical research reports and originated and underwrote evaluations for a wide range of assets.
Earlier in his career, he was an Analyst at Arbor Realty Trust, where he provided analytical support for the REIT's structured debt and equity portfolio.
Mr. Khukhashvili earned an MS in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a BA in Economics from Hunter College. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
