Ivana Milicevic is a Junior Market Research Associate in the Research Group of Ariel Property Advisors. In this role, she is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, organizing market data, and tracking citywide comparable sales with a particular focus on the Queens and Northern Manhattan markets.
In her previous role at the company, Ms. Milicevic was responsible for updating the contact information for New York’s most active buyers and property owners, as well as maintaining the company’s database.
Prior to joining Ariel Property Advisors, Ms. Milicevic served as a Customer Support Agent, where she was responsible for ensuring that customers received satisfactory solutions to their inquiries, which contributed to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. She also served as a Virtual Assistant providing administrative, technical, and graphic support to clients.
During her leisure time, Ms. Milicevic enjoys cooking and painting, which allow her to express her creativity and explore new ideas outside of work.
