Stefan Todic is an Analyst in the Research Group of Ariel Property Advisors. In this role, he is responsible for providing sales and research support to the company’s Investment Sales professionals, completing asset evaluations for multifamily, commercial, mixed-use, and development assets.
In his previous role at the company, Mr. Todic worked as a Market Research Associate, identifying new business opportunities, tracking citywide comparable sales, and organizing market data.
Prior to joining Ariel Property Advisors, Mr. Todic practiced law at two law firms in Belgrade, Serbia. Mr. Todic obtained his LL.B and LL.M from the University of Belgrade and is a member of the Bar Association of Belgrade.
During his leisure time, Mr. Todic enjoys playing the guitar, exploring new genres of music, and traveling to discover different cultures and landscapes.
