Stephen Vorvolakos is a Capital Services Professional at Ariel Property Advisors. In this role, he is responsible for structuring and executing debt and equity financing solutions for institutional and private clients, while supporting transaction execution and originating new business opportunities.
Previously, Mr. Vorvolakos was responsible for originating and executing exclusive investment sales listings, while also supporting business development and networking initiatives.
Prior to joining Ariel Property Advisors, Mr. Vorvolakos was a Senior Associate at Cushman & Wakefield, formerly Massey Knakal Realty Services. During this time, he was involved in the valuation of over $1.2 billion in properties and participated in the sale of more than 20 transactions with an aggregate value exceeding $124 million.
Academically, Mr. Vorvolakos received his B.A. in Government & Law from Lafayette College.
