Steven Puccio is an Investment Sales Professional at Ariel Property Advisors. In this role, he is focused on the Brooklyn investment sales market with a particular emphasis on the neighborhoods of Bedford-Stuyvesant and Crown Heights. In addition to originating and executing exclusive listings, he advises property owners, investors and developers on strategic dispositions and acquisition opportunities throughout the borough.
During his career, Mr. Puccio has successfully facilitated transactions across multifamily, mixed-use and development asset classes. His deep understanding of Brooklyn's evolving neighborhoods, combined with a hands-on advisory approach, has enabled him to build lasting relationships and consistently deliver value for his clients.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Puccio was an Investment Sales Associate at Highcap Group, where he focused on sourcing opportunities, underwriting assets, and supporting the successful execution of investment sales transactions throughout New York City.
Mr. Puccio earned a BS degree in Marketing from Adelphi University. He resides in Queens and enjoys exploring the city's vibrant food culture, discovering new restaurants and experiencing the diverse cuisines that make New York one of the world's premier culinary destinations.
