NEW YORK, NY – December 18, 2020 – Ariel Property Advisors is pleased to announce several new hires on their Investment Sales team, continuing the firm’s commitment to industry-leading real estate client service through rigorous market data and analytics and a collaborative, geographically strategized brokerage system. Ariel continues to develop and grow its diversified team of talented professionals and is enthusiastic to welcome Chris Afriyie, Associate Director, Investment Sales, Brendan Dal Col, Associate Director, Investment Sales, Jeff Henley, Jr., Associate Director, Investment Sales, and Courtney Lee, Associate Director, Investment Sales.

Afriyie will execute exclusive listings and business development initiatives throughout Northwestern Queens, with a focus on Astoria. He also has experience in capital markets research, bond research, structured financing and marketing. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from New Jersey City University.
Dal Col will execute exclusive listings and business development initiatives with a primary focus on Hunts Point in The Bronx. He has a background in acquisitions and private equity, particularly in the affordable housing sector. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from Bentley University and his master’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Investments from NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.
Henley, Jr. will execute exclusive listings and business development initiatives throughout The Bronx, with a focus on Fordham Manor, Kingsbridge, Bedford Park, Williamsbridge and surrounding neighborhoods. Henley has extensive experience in commercial brokerage activities on behalf of local and institutional landlords, as well as with managing and optimizing real estate portfolios for Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Louisiana State University.
Lee will execute exclusive listings and business development primarily in Northern Manhattan, with a focus on the Central and West Harlem neighborhoods. In addition to investment sales, she has extensive experience conducting Property Condition Assessments and Environmental Site Assessments on offices, retail plazas, hotels, industrial buildings and multifamily residential complexes. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies with a minor in Professional Writing for Multimedia from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
