NEW YORK, NY – February 27, 2023 – Ariel Property Advisors (Ariel) announced multiple internal recognition awards honoring its top producers, leaders and rising stars for their achievements throughout 2022.

In addition, Ariel announced several internal promotions as the company continues to elevate and grow its leading team of professionals.

“We are delighted to recognize with these awards and promotions the top producers and individuals who helped us reach our goals last year by pushing the company forward,” noted Shimon Shkury, President and Founder of Ariel. “Their achievements are an inspiration to all of us and exemplify one of our core values—One Team.”

In recognition of his outstanding work, dedication and the originations he generated in 2022, Ariel presented Jason M. Gold with the firm’s Top Producer Award and honored him at the Silver Club level. He was also promoted from Director to Senior Director in Investment Sales.

Eli Weisblum, Senior Director, Capital Services, Matthew Dzbanek, Senior Director, Capital Services, and Benjamin Vago, Director, Investment Sales were honored at the Bronze Club level for their origination and business development efforts last year.

Daniel Mahfar, Director, Investment Sales, received the Local Leadership Award for the significant impact he has made on the company culture through his active participation in team building activities and various charity events that benefit organizations such as the Maccabee Foundation, Iranian American Jewish Foundation, UJA Federation of New York, CHIP and the New York Housing Conference.

The Rising Star Award was presented to Adam Pollack, an Analyst in Research, who demonstrates exceptional initiative and a willingness to take on more responsibility by producing the company's bi-annual Coffee and Cap Rates presentations, overseeing the research reports and managing the company's asset evaluation pipeline.

Analysts Dusan Panic and Lazar Jovovic were honored with the Force Multiplier Award, a recognition given to those who have made significant contributions to enhance the effectiveness and impact within the organization. Panic, who has been with Ariel since its founding, serves as an analyst for Partner Sean Kelly in the Brooklyn market and, along with Adam Pollack, coordinates production of the research reports. Jovovic has been an analyst for the Capital Services group since its inception and spearheaded the development of the company’s Investment Sales and Capital Services dashboards, which are an integral part of the firm’s daily operations.

Nicole Mansingh, Executive Assistant, and Snezana Trifunovic, Senior Marketing Associate received the Unsung Hero Award, which recognizes the accomplishments of individuals whose efforts behind the scenes contribute to the success of the office. Mansingh provides administrative support primarily to President and Founder Shimon Shkury and the partners, while Trifunovic is an integral part of the Marketing team, coordinating and executing various marketing campaigns and managing the company’s social media channels.

The following promotions also were announced:

• Jason M. Gold was promoted from Director to Senior Director
• Remi Mandell was promoted from Associate Director of Research and Sales to Director of Research and Sales
• Snezana Trifunovic was promoted from Marketing Associate to Senior Marketing Associate
• Nicole Mansingh was promoted from Administrative Assistant to Executive Assistant
