NEW YORK, NY – January 19, 2023 – Ariel Property Advisors (Ariel) announced several new hires, expanding the commercial real estate services and advisory firm's investment sales and operations teams.

The recent additions to Ariel include the following professionals:

      • Yariv Lapid, Investment Sales Director: Mr. Lapid is responsible for executing investment sales transactions throughout the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Prior to joining Ariel, he spent 15 years as a residential broker at Douglas Elliman.

      • Nicole Daniggelis, Investment Sales Associate Director: Ms. Daniggelis is responsible for executing investment sales transactions with a particular focus on Boerum Hill, Cobble Hill, Carroll Gardens & The Columbia Waterfront District. Prior to joining Ariel, she served as a Capital Markets professional at both JLL and Cushman & Wakefield.

      • Conor Johnston, Investment Sales Associate: Mr. Johnston is responsible for executing exclusive listings and facilitating business development initiatives throughout New York City. Prior to joining Ariel, he served with Alta Portfolio in California and Fisher Investments in Washington.

      • Gabriel Elyaszadeh, Investment Sales Associate: Mr. Elyaszadeh is also responsible for executing listings and facilitating business development initiatives throughout New York City. Prior to joining Ariel, he served with Lion Real Estate in Brooklyn as well as LG Fairmont Realty Group in Manhattan.

      • Anthony Priest, Analyst: Mr. Priest provides sales and research support for Ariel's Investment Sales and Capital Services professionals. Prior to joining Ariel, he was a real estate Analyst with New York City investment banking firm B. Riley Financial.

      • Melissa Lopez, Human Resources Operations Manager: Ms. Lopez is responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, supervising the administrative staff and overseeing the IT help desk. Prior to joining Ariel, she was the Operations Manager for Online Trading Academy in Brooklyn.
