NEW YORK, NY – March 27, 2026 – Ocean Park, a 607-unit affordable housing complex Ariel Property Advisors sold for $88 million, has been named the 2026 Sale/Acquisition of the Year CoStar Impact Award winner in the Long Island market, Costar announced.
An Ariel Property Advisors’ team comprised of Victor Sozio, Founding Partner; Shimon Shkury, President and Founder; and Remi Mandell, Director, Research & Sales, arranged the sale of Ocean Park, located at 125 Beach 17th Street in the Far Rockaway section of Queens. Tredway, an affordable and mixed-income real estate developer that builds and preserves high-quality, high-opportunity housing, purchased the 748,000 SF, two-building beachfront complex in May 2025.
