NEW YORK, NY – August 22, 2011 – A private investment group has retained Ariel Property Advisors to sell notes on two multifamily properties — one in Brooklyn and the other in the Bronx.

The firm is seeking proposals for a first lien on a property located at 526-34 Pennsylvania Avenue, between Livonia and Riverdale Avenues, in the East New York section of Brooklyn. The 75-foot wide, 25,800 square foot, four-story walk-up building features 32 apartments including one super’s unit.

The firm also is seeking proposals for a first and second lien position on a property located at 1201 University Avenue in the Highbridge section of the Bronx. The 33,425 square foot, five-story walk-up building features 37 apartments including one employee unit.
