Ido Tzaidi is an Investment Sales Professional at Ariel Property Advisors, originating and executing exclusive sales listings in Manhattan, with a focus on business development and networking initiatives on the Upper East Side. He specializes in various asset types including development, value add, core and sub-core properties.
Prior to joining Ariel Property Advisors, Mr. Tzaidi owned his own brokerages I.D.R.E Commercial Realty and Epic Commercial Realty. During his career, he has executed and been involved in real estate transactions in Manhattan and all five boroughs valued at over $2 billion.
In his first year in investment sales, Mr. Tzaidi secured top producer status by closing over $200 million in transactions, including 1800-1810 2nd Avenue and 303-305 E 93rd Street—a complex, $112 million development site that garnered extensive media coverage for its successful execution. Other notable transactions involved 325-327 Greenwich Street, 50 Manhattan Avenue, 331-337 E 82nd Street and 1482-1486 1st Avenue. His deals regularly see coverage in top-tier industry outlets, such as The Real Deal, Commercial Observer, New York Real Estate Journal, and Bisnow.
Mr. Tzaidi earned his Bachelor's degree from Ben Gurion University, majoring in Economics with a specialization in Finance.
