Sam Schertz is an Investment Sales Professional at Ariel Property Advisors. In this position, he is responsible for leading business development and networking initiatives in Northern Manhattan.
Mr. Schertz has over a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry, including holding positions in capital markets and investment sales at Avison Young, where he primarily focused on the Northern Manhattan and Bronx markets. Prior to joining Ariel, he was a broker with Schuckman Realty Inc., a full service commercial real estate services firm serving New York City, Long Island and New Jersey.
Academically, he holds a BS in Accounting from Yeshiva University. He serves as a volunteer with several health and wellness organizations, sits on the board of his synagogue, Congregation Aish Kodesh, and frequently partakes in various events to support charities.
Sam enjoys outdoor sports and is an avid spinner.
