Luke Rizzo is an Investment Sales Professional at Ariel Property Advisors. In addition to originating and executing exclusive listings, he is responsible for leading business development and networking initiatives in Brooklyn, with a particular focus on Fort Greene and Clinton Hill.
Prior to joining Ariel Property Advisors, Mr. Rizzo was an Associate at Meridian Capital, where he was responsible for originating transactions across various asset classes throughout New York City and nationwide. Earlier in his career, Mr. Rizzo was an Analyst at Fortress Investment Group, where he managed a $6 billion whole loan and securitization portfolio, overseeing daily performance and risk exposure.
Academically, Mr. Rizzo studied at Fairfield University, where he earned a B.A. in Finance from the Dolan School of Business.
