Morgan Rosberg is an Investment Sales Professional at Ariel Property Advisors, where he drives business development and executes exclusive listings across New York City. He specializes in the marketing and sale of diverse asset classes, including multifamily, mixed-use, industrial, commercial, and development properties.
Prior to joining Ariel, Mr. Rosberg worked for New York City-based commercial real estate firm IPRG, with his core focus being the Upper West Side and Hell’s Kitchen. Previously, he was a data analyst and accountant for an apparel company in Atlanta.
Mr. Rosberg earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Oglethorpe University’s Hammack School of Business. While competing as a dual-sport Division III athlete in soccer and basketball, he held leadership roles in the Entrepreneurs Shark Tank Club, the IFC Board, and Sigma Alpha Epsilon.
Mr. Rosberg enjoys playing various sports, working out at the gym, reading, spending time with friends and family and volunteering.
