Biography


Drew Chartash is a Senior Associate in the Capital Services Group of Ariel Property Advisors. In this role, he is responsible for assisting with the company’s debt and equity placement for a variety of property types including multifamily, commercial, mixed-use, and development assets. He is also involved with the underwriting of investment properties, conducting due diligence, and coordinating with clients and funding sources to manage the group’s pipeline.

Prior to joining Ariel Property Advisors, Mr. Chartash held positions in analytical and business development capacities, with some entailing the evaluation of properties, including multifamily, commercial, mixed-use and development assets. Most recently he worked at Triangle Capital Group, a real estate investment firm actively involved in the acquisition and management of commercial assets throughout the United States.

Academically, he attended Syracuse University, where he received a B.S. in Finance from the Whitman School of Management. In addition, Mr. Chartash graduated cum laude from New York University’s Schack Institute, achieving a M.S. in Real Estate, with a concentration in Finance and investment.
