Adam Pollack is a Senior Analyst in the Research Group of Ariel Property Advisors. In this role, he is responsible for analyzing and valuing a diverse range of asset types, with a specialty in multifamily properties. He has extensive experience with portfolio analysis, particularly in New York City, and the affordable housing sector.
Since joining Ariel in June 2021, Mr. Pollack has taken a leadership role on the Market Research team, working closely with the partners on institutional-level opinions of value, generating industry-leading research reports, and producing presentations on the market.
In recognition of his exceptional contributions, Mr. Pollack was awarded Ariel’s prestigious Rising Star Award, which is presented to employees who make a significant impact within their first two years with the company.
Prior to joining Ariel Property Advisors, he was an Asset Management Portfolio Analyst for the New York City Housing Development Corporation, directly managing approximately 150 affordable housing properties throughout all boroughs of New York City.
Mr. Pollack is currently working toward his MS in Real Estate from Fordham University and obtained a BS in Finance from the University of Delaware. As a former co-president of the Fordham Real Estate Institute Student Association (FREISA), he has demonstrated his commitment to the real estate field and his ability to lead and collaborate with others.
During his leisure time, Ms. Pollack enjoys traveling and is an avid soccer player. He is also an enthusiastic football, soccer and basketball fan.
