Waliya Ahmed is an Analyst in the Investment Sales Group of Ariel Property Advisors. In this role, she is responsible for providing sales and research support to the company’s Investment Sales professionals, completing asset evaluations for multifamily, commercial, mixed-use and development assets.
Prior to joining Ariel, Ms. Ahmed served as a Real Estate FP&A Analyst at L+M Development Partners and Real Estate Private Equity Analyst at Northland Investment Corporation.
Ms. Ahmed graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance concentration) with Honors Distinction from the D’Amore McKim School of Business. While in college, she founded The Real Estate Market Roundup, the first research-based real estate group at the university, where she currently serves as an Alumni Advisor. She was also heavily involved in founding the Pakistani Student Association, playing an integral role in organizing cultural and professional events for the community.
During her leisure time, Ms. Ahmed enjoys creating post-impressionist artwork, baking miniature desserts and exploring new cafes in the city.
