Alix Curtin is an Investment Sales Professional at Ariel Property Advisors, responsible for executing the company’s exclusive listings and facilitating business development initiatives in Upper Manhattan, with a particular focus on Washington Heights and Inwood.
Prior to joining Ariel Property Advisors, Ms. Curtin served as a Senior Associate in Investment Sales at B6 Real Estate Advisors where she also focused on the Upper Manhattan market. In 2021, she was selected by the Commercial Observer as a Top Young Professional and, shortly after, she was featured as one of New York Real Estate Journal’s 2021 Women in CRE.
Ms. Curtin graduated from the College of the Holy Cross where she majored in International Studies with a concentration in International Law, and minored in French and Studio Art. While in college, she was a member and captain of the Holy Cross Women's Track and Field Team. As a competitive Division I sprinter & long jumper, Ms. Curtin broke multiple school records and was selected as the 2018-2019 winner of the John A. Meegan Athletic Achievement Award.
An avid runner and passionate patron of cancer care and research, Ms. Curtin runs in the TCS New York City Marathons in support of nonprofit organizations including Imerman Angels and the Brain Tumor Foundation.
