Dan Goldman is a Capital Services Professional at Ariel Property Advisors. In this role, he is responsible for debt and equity placement across a variety of asset classes, with an emphasis on multifamily and commercial real estate.
Mr. Goldman joined Ariel Property Advisors with extensive experience in real estate and finance. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Icon Development, where he underwrote multifamily and commercial acquisitions.
Before his work in real estate, Mr. Goldman spent nine years at J.P. Morgan in Asset and Wealth Management, where he advised clients on investment strategies and portfolio solutions.
An active member of the Urban Land Institute, Mr. Goldman holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Michigan State University.
