Prior to joining Ariel Property Advisors Ms. Kapul was a Director at Development Site Advisors. A seasoned real estate professional with over a decade of comprehensive experience in all facets of the industry, she has closed over 140 intricate commercial transactions, including residential and industrial development projects, as well as the sale of multifamily and mixed-use buildings and shopping centers.
She holds a master’s degree from New York University and a suite of professional designations, including Certified International Property Specialist, Certified Zoning Specialist and the Graduate Realtor Institute designation. She is a licensed real estate professional in both New York and New Jersey.
Beyond her real estate acumen, Ms. Kapul is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian and is a trained classical pianist. Her multifaceted background and extensive experience distinguish her as an accomplished professional in the real estate industry and her Brooklyn territory.
